Terms & Conditions
General Terms for ALL Sessions:
- EVOLVE Sports Coaching reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour after utilising our 3 strike policy and having conversations with parent / guardians to resolve situations.
- You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing us at - info4evolvers@gmail.com
- Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
- You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
- We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.
- If a player is injured during an EVOLVE Sports Coaching session and missed 2 or more sessions due to said injury we will issue a refund for any missed sessions thereafter.
- If a player is injured outside of an EVOLVE Sports Coaching session we will not provide any refund of any sort as this payment reserves your child's place.
- You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address.
- If you wish to cancel your membership with us we will do so for the following month meaning you can still attend the month you have paid for.
- If you are joining a coaching class mid month, there will be a covering payment after your Trial Session which will cover sessions in the month prior to your first subscription payment.
Holiday Camp ONLY Terms & Conditions:
- If there are any Holiday Camp sessions missed due to typical bad weather, EVOLVE Sports Coaching will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded.
- EVOLVE Sports Coaching or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss of personal items during sessions. (E.G: Mobile Phones, Money) (Please refrain from bringing expensive technologies to camp).
- Full Payment will be returned if a camp has to be cancelled on Evolves terms.
- We do not issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own on the day circumstances. 50% Refund will be issued if communicated within 7 days of booking. Full Refund provided if more than 7 days notice.
Behaviour Policy at ALL Evolve Sessions:
At Evolve sessions we have implemented a strike system which is in place to ensure the learning engagement, safety and enjoyment for all players.
- Strike 1: A chance to think about what the player is doing wrong in certain situations.
- Strike 2: Sit out for two minutes and have a conversation with a coach to get to the bottom of why the player is gaining strikes.
- Strike 3: Go home early. Unfortunately the player is disrupting the group too much and it is time to be removed from the session.
(Strikes can be earned away. For example if a player gets a strike one this can be removed if they show a change in behaviour / attitude etc).
If a player is sent home for having a poor attitude we do NOT issue a refund for the time remaining at camp or club sessions.
