This basketball class is specially designed for our youngest ballers, providing the perfect introduction to the game in a fun, structured, and supportive environment. Delivered by qualified basketball coaches and inspiring role models, these sessions lay the foundation for confident, skilled, and intelligent play. Following our evolutionary basketball curriculum which changes termly, players progress step by step through essential skills—from mastering technical dribbling and the triple threat position, to developing tactical understanding such as off-the-ball movement and supportive team play. Every session is focused on building coordination, teamwork, and game awareness, while keeping the energy high and the learning engaging. It’s the perfect place for young players to fall in love with basketball and begin their learning journey with Somerset State.
