Evolution Netball Performance Session 🏐🔥
Our Evolution Netball Performance Session is designed for players already competing in league environments or progressing through county player development pathways. This high-energy, high-intensity session focuses on refining the physical and mental attributes that elevate performance on court.
Through targeted drills and scenario-based training, players will develop:
Speed ⚡: Explosive movement and acceleration to break free or close down space.
Agility 🔄: Quick directional changes to outsmart opponents.
Coordination 🤹♀️: Fluid movement and ball handling under pressure.
Quick-Play Mentality 🧠💨: Fast decision-making, sharp execution, and strong court awareness.
